Contract start 1 July and for 3-5 months
Owner enjoys varied cuisine from Med to SE Asian.
Need an experienced European based chef with solid yacht and land based experience please. Culinary/Apprentice/fine dining trained please. minimum 2 rosette level.
Need to be flexible, able to manage and ensure crew chef is looking after crew.
Would suit either sole chef from 45-50m or head chef from 55m+ who wants temp gig
