I have a great 10 week on, 10 week off roational sous role for start in next 4 weeks, sooner the better though.
CHEFS MUST HAVE SHIPS COOK CERT
Ideally chef quals and culinary training too
B1B2 visa valid longer than 6 mths
Role will be to support head chef when boss and guests are onboard and to assist with crew food when no guests on.
