Sole Chef 48m MY Private and maybe charter use - May to Oct 

I am looking for an experienced yacht chef to work the season

ships cook cert is needed. chefs must be in europe

start date early may in eastern Med, likely to be Turkey

Yacht is currently private only but may revert to commercial for charters during season but initially only private.

male preferrred due ot cabin share but capt might take a female and re-jig other crew to accommodate

Needs to be a chef who is highly organised and who will be left to run the galley on own.

Owner plus wife and 4-6 other guests likely. never 12 guests or rarely. if chartering will be up to 12 guests and 12 crew but if just boss and private use will be 8 crew

Yacht will cruise East Med and if charters are booked will then move to West Med for those.

If no charters then likely owner will be on for whole season or theraebouts til Oct

mostly at anchor and in port when charters

So need a chef with plenty of stamina as is a long season either way.
