Sole Charter Chef solar/electric luxury Sailing Catamaran - dual season

Job Description

The first fully solar/electric luxury Sailing Catamaran available for charter (23m) for 8 guests with a crew of 4 is looking for her Chef.

High-end positioning for distinctive charterers, launching this summer with dual season program.

Profile:

Professionally trained chef (Michelin experience is a plus)

Creative cuisine with passion for presentation (Instagrammable)

Attracted by an innovative fully-electric project and an eco-friendly approach of yachting (and cuisine)

A couple seasons yachting experience minimum (exceptional greenies will be considered)

Sailing experience is a plus (at a minimum must be willing to participate to crew activities)

EU passport No tattoo, non smoker English fluent (French is a plus) male or female (individual cabin and bathroom in forepeak with window).

Fully equipped independent galley with 3 ovens (90cm electric, 1 vapor and 1 microwave), american fridge + 2 extra freezers, underground storage compartments, crew corner (table and benches) with TV, outdoor electric grill and teppanyaki.

The Chef will be able to participate to the final stage of construction and chose remaining galley equipment brands and models.

Contract starting July 1st for dual charter season program (Med in summer + Carribbean in winter).

French flag (RIF) with attractive salary (DOE) and benefits.
