Rotational 3rd/Crew Chef for dual season private MY 80m+ (4:2)
male due to cabin share

great opportunity for a culinary/apprentice trained chef who has at least 1 season as a chef on yachts to step up to work on a large MY in a galley team of 3/4 chefs.

need a chef able to create an interesting and mouthwatering selection/variety of dishes each service and feed up to 30+ hungry crew of many nationalities

main role is to work on crrew food but need a chef able to help out with guests food as needed. 

ideally a chef with a b1 in hand but yacht can help with this

need a chef eligible to work in Europe and the UK. 

job will start in UK and then Caribbean/Bahamas/USA for winter and Med next summer

start date mid November

Note: please only apply if you have worked as a chef on a yacht the past season or longer and have a reference from your captain or head chef I can verify

food hygiene, stcw, eng1, and ideally SCC/Cayman dispensation or level 2 or above chef qualification
