Rotation Head Chef for Private 65m+ MY Global cruising

I am looking for an experienced chef who has a sound working knowledge of plant based diets..
Role is 2 on, 2 off working with a great crew/sous chef in galley
Am looking for a chef who has solid land based experience in well respected restauants and ideally who has worked as a private chef on land as well as on a private yacht
Need a chef who can create a variety of healthy dishes, majority being vegetarian buit who can also bake sour doughs, breads etc
I am looking for a chef able to make everything fresh from scratch as you will be in remote locations!
Provisioning and stores management will be key in this job!
Yacht is cruising remote locations so chef needs to be happy with this and ideally have an interest in the ocean, widlife..
