Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Male Sous Chef to join our yacht's culinary team. As a key member of the galley, you will assist the Head Chef in preparing exceptional cuisine for our discerning guests and crew.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

- Manage and maintain inventory, provisioning, and galley operations

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control

- Develop and execute innovative recipes and menus

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and itineraries

- Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, USPH)
