Perm Rotational Sous/Crew Chef wanted for 65m+ Private MY
male due to cabin share

Fantastic opportunity for a culinary/apprentice trained chef who has maybe one full year on a yacht as crew chef on 60m+ or sole chef on smaller yacht and who wants to step up to sous role working with head chef.

Role is permanent and year round and will be rotational

Yacht has a global cruising itinerary!

I am looking for a chef who has worked in good (hat/rosette/fine dining) restaurants on land prior to yachts and who will be able to take care of crew food and then work closely with head chef on guest food.

When head chef is away you will run galley and provisioning and taking care of crew so need a chef happy to do this and of course capable to do this!

B1B2 and ships cook cert is a bonus!

Looking for a chef who can start after Christmas 

Must be someone happy to work in remote locations as this is a global vessel.

Note: Am afraid that client has asked for a non smoker and no visible tattoos and whilst this has nothing to do with how you cook or perform your duties as a chef it is their request..
