Perm Private Chef wanted for Dubai based family... start date ASAP
initially live out then live in from Sep onwards

I am looking for a unique person.. a chef with hands on Chinese cuisine cooking experience (Beijing) but also able to cook global cuisines for the client. (50/50 split of Chinese to other cuisines)

You will cater for the client's personal food needs eg breakfast, lunch and dinner in their home.

The family: Husband, wife and young toddler 

A mix of plated food and family style with a variety of dishes served together so the couple can share and then larger quantities and variety when they are entertaining family and friends.

NOTE: please only apply if you have hands on experience of working and cooking Beijing region dishes. 

An initial telephone interview with client will take place for chefs shortlisted and then the chef will undertake a cooking trial in person for the family in their home in Dubai.

Client wants a chef to work for them long term, on a permanent contract basis and the package will reflect this and the chef's experience.
