Am looking for restaurant experienced chef who have worked in fine dining restaurants to sous chef level
Will look at someone new to yachting
needs to be able to cater a wide repertoire from Asian to Med cuisines, Mexican and be able to manage all menu planning, provisioning, creating varied, mouthwatering menus for owner and guests.
varied use by owner and guests, trip about every 3 months. so not live aboard! eg you get time to recover and get mise en palce done and take annual leave.
