Head Chef & Sous Chef team wanted for motoryacht- perm - not rotation
2 male or 2 female chefs due to cabin share

Calling all head and sous chefs?

I have a great role in for 2 passionate chefs who work well as a team.

Perm role, 90 days leave and competive salary on offer! 

Busy private and charter use for this dual season yacht

So am looking for 2 chefs with solid land based background prior to yachts

Am looking for chefs who have worked together before

Am looking for chefs who both have similar level of skills and experience as sous will cover head chef when head chef on leave so need someone with ability to step up.

This is a team operation, chefs must liaise effectively with front of house and be happy to engage with boss and charter guests!

Ships cook cert is useful but if you have level 3 chef qualification this should be ok for the flag state. 

Level 3 food hygiene preferred and pdsd as well.

Contracts to begin in late March, early to mid April.  

Chefs are likely to be asked to attend a cooking trial for the boss

Chefs in Europe are first option due to covid travel restrictions and cooking trial needs.
