New CV Screening Service launched to add to our recruitment services!

 

Ideal for:

Captains & Companies who want access to our global database and who only want to receive a shortlist of between 1-5 candidates CV Profiles that have been screened and vetted by us first. This is an alternative recruitment tool to using an Agency Placement Service but offers you the same access to chefs who match your job criteria.

 

Procedure:

·      Contact us at info@yachtchefs.com.

·      One of our experienced consultants will then contact you back by telephone for a confirmation chat about the role, the criteria etc so we fully understand what you want.

·      We then post the role onto our website’s job listings but under a CONFIDENTIAL listing.

·      Noone will know it’s your yacht or company that the role has been listed for. None of your details are disclosed anywhere. It’s an anonymous listing and we don’t even give the exact size or location of the yacht.

·      You therefore get access to our global database of experienced chefs who choose to ‘Apply’ to us for the role.

·      Our consultant will then undertake an initial screening interview with each candidate we deem to meet your criteria.

·      If successful the consultant will then check/verify all the candidate’s certificates, passport, visas and also get at least 2 written and 1 telephone reference for each candidate.

·      The consultant will then forward to your email the successful candidate’s CV with their contacts still on it, the references we have collected and any food portfolios or menus.

·      We will only send you between 1 and 5 of our best candidates so you only receive the relevant screened shortlist of chefs.

·      Your recruitment process is therefore made easier, and your valuable time is only focused on looking at applications from relevant candidates.

·      You then follow up directly with any candidate that interests you, all further reference or document checks are made by you or your management company, and all contract negotiations, salary, job offers, and SEA issuance is made by you as the employer and no other fees are payable!
