Biltong du Sud was co-founded by Rynard Landman and Christie van der Merwe in November 2020. Their story begins at US Carcassonne XV, ProD2 club. This friendship is based on an understanding of South African culture and the things they love and miss. Two different men, two different stages of their life but united by the love of being South African. Their desire is therefore to share a part of their rich culture with you and your loved ones.
