YachtChefs.com is owned by Efrem Leigh who worked on sailing and motoryachts in the 90's.

Efrem has over 27 years experience in various hospitality based roles and worked his way up from pub cleaner to barman, then pub manager as well as working as an assistant chef in a gastro pub before spending 5 years managing the recruitment and operations of bars, chalets and hotels in ski resorts. Efrem also worked as a hotel manager back in the UK before setting up a hospitality recruitment desk for a recruitment consultancy in London, recruiting for fine dining restaurants and 4 and 5 star hotels.

This hands on experience coupled with time spent working on yachts from 62ft to 282ft means he has done most of the jobs he has recruited for so brings an insiders knowledge when working on any positions he recruits for.
