FLAT FEE OF £1,500 (or Euros 1,750) ON ALL PLACEMENTS, where I interview all candidates I send to you in person, discussing their training and early career in detail as well as going through menus with the chefs. I also check 2 work references for all chefs placed and I try to meet with you to discuss your needs and to see the galley/storage etc for myself so I can relate this back to the chef and ensure I get the right person for the job for you!

Recruiting the right chef is crucial to your yacht’s performance, whether for a private owner or at charter, the cuisine on offer can make or break any summer/winter! Not forgetting that your crew will also want a varied and interesting diet whilst hard at work!

Once the chef successfully completes their 30 day trial you are invoiced and the fee is then payable within 7 days by secure credit card or bank transfer payment. Note: No chef has left within 30 days that I have placed to date! All have worked past the 30 days. To date I have never had a chef get sacked either!

Only the best for you! I will only ever send you a maximum of 5 CVs of my most suitable candidate’s to you and I am confident you will want to interview them all and employ one of them. I ensure I match your requirements with the right chef on my books and will only send you a CV if the chef is right for the job! If I don’t have the right person, I don’t send you a CV, it’s that simple! It’s my company; my reputation is on the line!
