We are here to offer you a long term recruitment solution and are not in business for a quick fix!!

Yachtchefs.com can provide a yacht with 2 types of service:

1)      A traditional placement service where we screen and interview the candidates for you and you pay a placement fee should you then employ anyone we introduce to you

      or

2)      you post your own job vacancy onto our website using a secure card payment and get CV applications into your inbox in response directly from the candidates. No other fees are payable. You just pay for the cost of posting the job to our site!

1) PLACEMENT SERVICE?

Yachtchefs.com is pleased to offer the following placement service:

1.       Contact us with the details of the position you are looking to fill

2.       Once we understand your crew requirements we will then send you the CVs of our top 3 candidates. We won’t flood you with CVs but will select the 3 most suitable candidates and just send these to you.

3.       You then decide if you want to interview any of these candidates and we then arrange the interviews for you

4.       We also check 2 employment references for each candidate you interview

5.       If you then decide to employ a candidate we charge you a placement fee

6.       Terms and fee rates are available on enquiry

2) POSTING YOUR OWN JOB ADVERT TO YACHTCHEFS.COM?

CAPTAINS & YACHT OWNERS, you can now register and post your own jobs to www.yachtchefs.com!  

Your job will remain on our site for one month and you will receive CV applications by email directly to your inbox. You can also specify contact telephone numbers in your jobs if you prefer a phone call in reply to your advert! The choice is yours!

As you post your job onto www.yachtchefs.com the site automatically emails the database telling them about your new job and they start applying directly to you! The job is live on the site as soon as you submit it! No waiting for offices to open, we are open 365 days a year!

No other fees are payable. Register, buy a job credit and post a job in minutes!

If you have already registered your details with us, click on the 'LOGIN' button at the top of the page and enter your Email address and Password below to log on or click here to register your details.

So if you are a captain or an owner who is looking for an experienced chef or other crew then please follow the following steps:

1.       Register as an Employer with all your contact and Yacht details by clicking on the 'REGISTER' link on the right of this page

2.       Buy a job credit for one month or more using a secure card payment with Paypal.com. An invoice is automatically emailed to you as your payment clears.

3.       Then post your job advert onto our site using the link on the right of this page

4.       If you need a new passport type or location added please email us and we will add this to the site for you so you can narrow down your target audience!

5.       Please put as much information as possible in the advert to ensure the right response. eg. details of your yacht, the number of covers and crew catered for, whether any charters involved, the location of the yacht and where the interview or trial will take place, package details, visa/passport requirements and the start date for the role

6.       As you submit your job advert the database is then emailed with details of your job and you will begin to receive applications by email or by which ever means you have chosen.

7.       You then use your online account to manage the applications and to contact the candidates

8.       NO OTHER FEES ARE PAYABLE!

We do review all new candidate registrations to our database and try to ensure that they are experienced but we can not guarantee that all candidates you receive from our site are relevant to the role as our systems are automated and we have no control over the actual application process.

NOTE: We specialise in the recruitment of chefs for yachts but do also have experienced stewards & stewardesses, head stewards & head stewardesses, 1st mates, captains and engineers registering on our books as well!
