CHEFS: Please not that due to the high catering standards required by our clients we will only accept CV registrations from experienced chefs onto our database. You will need at least 2 years experience for all chef registrations, even if only a commis chef! Other roles like stewardess will need at least 1 years experience in a good restaurant or hotel!

Follow these easy steps to start the process:

1. Register on our database by completing the online registration form with your full CV. (Please ensure that your CV lists all qualifications, experience, sea safety certificates, courses etc that you have and any previous yachting experience in detail)
2. Please attach a jpeg or gif copy of a photo of yourself, preferably in chefs whites/crew uniform! A scanned copy of a passport sized photo is ideal! Use the menu on the right of this page once you have registered your CV to load the photo. Email the photo to us at info@yachtchefs.com if you want us to l,oad and resize it for you!
3. List your requirements informing us and potential employers of the type of role (ie head chef, crew chef etc), location, salary (ie monthly rate), yacht type (ie sailing, motor), yacht size & number of guest/crew you would like to cater for
4. Employers will need to discuss your job requirements with you when you apply to jobs so you will need your email address and contact telephone numbers listed down when you register
5. Employers will also want to know the types of cuisine you want to produce and if you would like to work for charter guests or private owners
6. List your availability. Do you have to give notice? Can you make a trial for an interview?
7. Please list at least 2 references from your last 2 employers, clearly noting down the yacht name, captains name and email contact address. Very important that prospective employers can see your latest work references with your CV application!
